Excelsior Orthopaedics Downtown Buffalo is a physical & occupational therapy facility located in the former CVS pharmacy at Main St. and Court St. – across Main St. from the Hilton Garden Inn and Lafayette Square. Our facility is on the first floor, and easily visible from the street.
Parking & Check-In
PT/OT Patients:
You can enter through either the Main St. or Court St. entrances, but we encourage you to use the Court St doors. Metered street parking is available in the immediate area; be sure to take advantage of the Buffalo Roam App to easily pay for paying . Short term parking is also available in nearby surface lots and parking ramps. We encourage patients to use the the Fernbach Parking Ramp at 200 Pearl St. as it is conveniently located just around the corner (a 2 minute walk).
State-of-the-Art Physical Therapy Facility
Our downtown Buffalo location is a brand new physical and occupational therapy facility. This convenient facility has with state-of-the-art equipment and skilled, certified physical and occupational therapists on-site. This location accepts walk-in patients, but we encourage you to call (716)250-9999 to make an appointment.
